Experts Exchange is yet another
'dotcom'. But it is one of the sensible ones around and of course, it has survived. You can ask questions on a whole gamut of computer-related topics (mostly) and get the answers from other members. When you become a member, you get some points. You give away points for satisfactory answers and get points for answering questions. The more involved you are day-to-day, the more benefit you get. Though I haven't got satisfactory answers every single time I asked, it's still good enough for use.
Of course, I was active for a short while and now, I'm just a rare visitor. I still visit because I see value.
A (hopefully) funny digression: When you put the letters in the name a bit differently, it could read "expert sex change"...;-).
