The Ganguly soap-opera

Just when we thought that the Ganguly saga is going to end with a whimper, it refuses to die.

Meanwhile, I was impressed by this recent article that appeared after he was dropped from the Test team yet again. It is written by a journalist who is also a fan of Ganguly. It has little bias and also gives a peek into the man's mind.

I'm no fan of Ganguly. But I do believe that the treatment meted out to him is unfair, considering his achievements especially as a captain and in one-dayers. Like the proverb goes, "he who lives by politics shall die by politics".
