Web Server survey

After quite a while, when I checked out SecuritySpace's monthly research reports, there were some interesting statistics as usual.

The most striking one was that in the domain-based list, the second most hosted domain name was not 'net' and not 'org', but 'de' (Germany, with 8%). News to me, atleast! (The topper is 'com' with nearly 46%, silly!)

Other than that, of course, Apache is still the top Web server with about 72% share. All others (including runner-up Microsoft IIS with around 22%) seem to have flattened out over time.
